The Intense IT5960RS is a ball bearing, stock location, stock replacement upgrade turbocharger for the 4G63 powered Mitsubishi Evolution 4-9 platform. Designed for maximum torque and a wide powerband, the IT5960RS utilises our application specific 72lb/min 59mm Gen 2 point milled low inertia compressor wheel and our extra high massflow, ultra-light 60mm mixed flow turbine wheel designed specifically for the RS Evolution platform.

This premium turbocharger utilises a custom built full complement + angular contact ceramic ball bearing system that you won’t find anywhere else.

Designed for standard or stroker engines with modified cylinder heads/intake manifolds/and cams looking for maximum airflow from a stock frame turbo, we’ve given this model our “MAX AIRFLOW” designation.

Performance characteristics: Expect 2.4bar / 35psi by 4450 RPM and over 280awkw by 4000rpm with a big cam 2.2L stroker crank and standard cylinder head. Peak power 450awkw+ / 600whp+ with a modified engine. Expect 500awkw with a high compression engine and supporting mods.

Note- no warranty will be offered on turbos used without an oil feed line. 84mm Intake hose and Intense Turbo J-Pipe also required to fit up turbo.
